3. Scope of Services
The Company will perform services as described in the work order or invoice. Any additional work or materials must be approved in advance by the Client.

4. Estimates, Pricing, and Payment

• Final pricing is based on actual service rendered, materials used, and time spent.

• Payment is due per the terms stated on the invoice or within X days of completion.
